MOTs – are you failing unnecessarily?
Now, I don’t know if you are like me, but I know nothing about cars. What that means practically, is that there have been times that my car has failed and I have had to fork out, on relatively small issues, and you can always bet that the garage need to spend an extra amount on a bulb that costs them £10, but that you can find for 50p. So, what can be done to avoid MOT related sadness. There are a few bits you can easily check yourself, and if there are problems, you can take steps to minimise the impact of these on your pocket.
